Nutrition

At Newgrange Cheshunt, we believe nutrition and food are two of the main factors in our residents ' wellbeing. A proper diet is vital for the enjoyment of life. This diet is essential for everyone to begin with and particularly for the elderly and weak. Adequate nutrition is necessary for health and recovery.
